$2 oysters and $10 martinis from 4:30-6:30pm Tues-Fri!! Their website says they open at 5pm but they were open at 4:30pm when we arrived. Only one type of oyster on happy hour.

I finally made it to Crustacean ! I rarely go into Beverly Hills for any reason and that includes eating but my sister in law treated us to a dinner here and so off we went. We opted for the " Dine LA " menu since we would get more variety of yummy bites. It didn't disappoint. Our first yummy was our cocktails. I ordered a margarita on the rocks no salt. This is the way I bc always order them so when I tell you this was the best margarita I've ever had - believe me! The waiter told me it had to do with an orange infused agave and fresh squeezed lime juice. Whatever ! The valance between sweet and tart was sublime. I had two Then we were offered our table. For some reason ( maybe our age) we were asked to give our drinks to a waiter who carried them for us. It felt a bit judgy but also a nice touch. Maybe I'm sensitive . We walked across a floor with a built in swirling fish tank full of koi. When I say swirling I mean the tank itself meandered like a stream in a forest. Very cool. Back to the food. Course 1 was an oyster. I was a bit trepidatious because I don't really like oysters. Trust me when I tell you this was a wholly different experience. I loved this oyster. I don't know which variety it was or what the garnished it with but I'd eat that all day every day. Not too salty or ocean at all. Next course was yellow tale. Again, no idea what was on it but it was divine. Texturally speaking very sensuous. Next corse was a kohlrabi salad. Crisp, clean and a good palate Cleanser . Then came the bone marrow course. If you've never had bone marrow it might gross you out a bit but. I gone from Eastern European stock and was raised with the stuff so I know. Try to get over yourself. It's very yummy. My entree was prawns. It was served over their famous garlicky noodles. Don't get me wrong, both were good by anybody's standards but not at the same level as all that came before. I was in a party of 4 and we all ordered different entrees so I got to taste the mushroom bimbap and the white fish. Both were very good but to me not as good as all that came before. Because we didn't know when we'd be back we ordered a side dish of crab for the table. It was plentiful and good enough. I say enough because it was dungenous crab and to me all crab pails next to the queen - king crab. The bowl if crab skins was $125! Quite the shock but yolo! If there was any place I felt like it should have been better it was dessert. It was a lychee flavored pudding thing. They used different word for pudding but it had a pudding consistency. It was tasty but lychee is too delicate a flavor after all if the intense flavors we just had. It was light but perhaps lacked a zing or tang I craved. All in all this was an amazing dinner. If you have a special occasion and want to see what a good chef can do with good fish give it a go and let me know if you agree with me.

The ambiance was very sophisticated and upscale the floral arrangement was very pretty and in season I only stopped in for happy hour for cocktails and the oyster special and also tried the garlic noodles the texture was perfect and the flavor was amazing and not to mention the oysters were very fresh and sweet the lemon drop was perfect THANKS TO THE AMAZING bartender!!! Saw a couple of celebrities while cocktailing so I give this place a 10 out of 10 even though I didn't try any of the entrées, I can only imagine if you are in town or on this side of town don't hesitate to stop in and get your own experience and don't forget to leave them a review thanks guys till next time

Flavorful food, creative menu, endless attentiveness to allergy concerns and willingness to accommodate gluten free and sesame free diners, and a wait staff that was above average in their professionalism. Definitely recommend.

Can a fancypants restaurant in Beverly Hills feel like a local favorite spot where the staff is like family, and the food filled with comfort? Only if it's Crustacean. Scrolling through social and I see their world famous garlic noodles come across my feed- and I literally made a last minute reservation FROM THE CAR ON THE WAY. It's that serious. Maze was incredibly accommodating with squeezing us in- and before we walked through the door I *knew* I would love this place. We arrive and are quickly ushered to our seats after an easy valet process. The walk to our table for two was entertaining as the floor is made of glass and showcases an underfloor AQUARIUM?! Hahaha! So entertaining and unexpected! Our server supports- Xero and Daniel were delightful and terrific at making sure we had water, tidy table and all our meals arrived as they were hot and fresh from the kitchen. Our lead server Jason- could literally do my taxes and raise my kids- he knows EXACTLY what I like: Garlic Noodles Wagyu Steak Salmon Garlic Fried Rice Tuna Cigars Virgin Lychee Cloud Cocktail And Tableside Tahitian Vanilla icecream over lava chocolate cake. Unbelievably delicious. Our host manager- John - also made sure we had the best and made this visit a true event. Needless to say, we will be back again and again. Next time with the kiddos (the menu is very little friendly), and with friends and family. Thank you, Team Crustacean, for a memorable and special night- everything was flawless.

Being at Crustacean in Beverly Hills is a vibe. Me and my two friends decided to be tourist in our own backyard and explore the area. My friend had been wanting to try the lunch for $39 here and it did not disappoint. We came on a Friday and had reservations for 1pm. For parking we parked right across the street and the first two hours are free which was a great find! Walking in the first thing we noticed was the koi fish in the floor throughout the restaurant! Definitely had to pull out the phone and capture a video of them. Our server Jason was friendly and personable! It being our first time at the restaurant he gave us suggestions on what we may like and answered any questions we had. There are 3 courses for the lunch and my friends and I all got different things to try. 1st course ( appetizer) I ordered the crispy chicken rolls and my friends ordered the crab puffs and filet satay. We all loved the filet satay since they were juicy and tender. For the 2nd course ( entree) I ordered the grilled prawn salad and my friend ordered the ribeye bahn mi and lemon whitefish. We also ordered the garlic noodles (extra $17) that Crustacean is known for. I really enjoyed all the entrees but could have done without the garlic noodles honestly. For our last course( dessert) I ordered the coconut cake and my friends for the lychee champagne sorbet and chocolate chip cookie. The desserts were all delicious!! Overall I enjoyed our experience. The lunch crowd was mellow and we didn't feel rushed. I think I'd like to come back for dinner for maybe an anniversary in the future and maybe run into a celebrity .

I had the pleasure of dining at Crustaceans Restaurant during Lunar New Year, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with red lanterns, traditional Chinese ornaments, and festive banners, creating a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere. The staff were dressed in elegant attire and greeted us warmly as we entered. The Lunar New Year special menu was a culinary delight, featuring a variety of traditional dishes symbolizing prosperity, luck, and happiness. The attention to detail and presentation were impeccable, elevating the dining experience to new heights. Throughout the meal, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring our glasses were always filled and promptly clearing plates between courses. The live entertainment, including traditional lion dances and musical performances, added to the festive ambiance and left us feeling immersed in the spirit of the holiday. Overall, dining at Crustaceans during Lunar New Year was a true celebration of culture, cuisine, and community. I highly recommend experiencing this culinary extravaganza for yourself and ringing in the new year with a feast fit for royalty!

Blown away! Came here with a large group of friends and we had so much fun sharing appetizers, the famous garlic noodles, and desserts! Crustacean definitely has a fancy vibe being in Beverly Hills but you can also dress down if you want. As soon as we came in we all noticed the really cool floor which doubles as a see through fish tank as you walk through the whole restaurant. Really fun to look at and even more fun to sit over while you eat. The service was very prompt and the staff were very kind with everyone's requests. Some of my favorite foods were definitely the Shrimp & Lobster Dumplings, Little Gem Salad, Garlic Noodles, and of course the lobster!! A lot of my friends ordered the crab which I had a bite of and it was also amazing. I don't think you can go wrong with anything here honestly. Parking is also very easy with either valet or a parking garage right across the street which was not very expensive.

I had an amazing time at Crustacean! I came here with some of my coworkers and we really enjoyed catching up and having a great meal. They had a giant fish tank under the floors that you could see and stand on, my seat was right on top of it which was cool and also a little scary. The most popular order we got was the crab with garlic noodles and everyone loved it. I got the Mongolian lamb which was delicious and perfectly cooked. We also got a few orders of the garlic noodles which were also super tasty. The waiters were super helpful and because we had a large group there were a few that were serving us so someone was always around if we had a question or needed a drink refill. For dessert we got the table side ice cream which was soo cool. They poured liquid nitrogen into a bowl with cream and made ice cream in front of our eyes. then used it to top a chocolate cake. This was a super cool experience.
